The KCCA was founded in 1994. In
addition to organising regular events for former choristers, choral
scholars and organ scholars, the Association also seeks to provide up to
date information on concerts and other choir activities, which we hope
will be of great interest to members and non-members alike.
We will soon have a new website but, in the meantime, this page will keep you informed about future
events.
Saturday 17 March, Foundation Concert (Cambridge)
This event sees current and former members of King's College Choir
joining forces in order to produce a musical performance of the
highest quality. The programme for this year's concert is Parry's
I was glad, Brahms'
Piano Concerto no 2,
and Elgar's
Coronation Ode. Stephen Cleobury will be joined
in the role of conducting the assembled choral and orchestral forces
by Sir Phillip Ledger, who will conduct the Elgar. Both lunch
and a formal post-concert dinner are provided to all performers.

be returned to the College by Friday 10 February. Also, please note
that the
Easter Festival
Box Office is now open for bookings.
Saturday 16 June, Summer Event & AGM (Cambridge)
Set once again within the lavish confines of the Saltmarsh Rooms,
this year's Summer Event will begin with a drinks reception and
sit-down buffet luncheon, followed by the Annual General Meeting.
The full programme of events for the afternoon will be published in
due course, along with details of how to sign up. Guests are, of
course, most welcome.
